Wednesday Mornings - Appointments are sent out by the practice.

Chronic Disease Clinic

(Diabetes, Hypertension, Stroke, Coronary Heart disease, Heart Failure, Peripheral Vascular disease)

If you have any of the above conditions, the practice will contact you once yearly on your birth month and these conditions will be reviewed.

Contraceptive Services

(GP or Practice nurse, advice about contraception and Insertion of contraceptive Implants) Please note appointments only.
